Biography
Hannah Hawkins is a dancer/choreographer/teacher from Sacramento, CA represented by McDonald-Selznick Associates (MSA), and has been working and teaching from her home base of Los Angeles since 2017. Commercially, Hannah’s credits include BANKS “Gimme”, Tessa Violet’s “I Like (The Idea of) You”, and Barrett Crake’s “You Got Me Like” music videos, American Eagle Outfitters Back To School International Campaign and Fall Collection, Sony Music Video Department, a Kickstart Mountain Dew Ad and many short films for choreographers such as Megan Lawson, Matt Cady, Will Johnston, and Marissa Osato. Hannah’s TV and Film credits include The Morning Show with Steve Carrel and Jennifer Anniston, The Masked Singer on FOX, the proof of concept for Alter Ego on FOX, and 2 upcoming feature films under choreographers Mandy Moore and Kathryn Burns.
In tandem with her onscreen work Hannah has performed live with Billie Eilish at Coachella, danced in Netflix’s Stranger Things Live Immersive Show, toured the US for the AIDS Health Foundations burlesque production, performed at the Electric Daisy Carnival Music Festival, and Entertainment Plus’s New Years Eve Show at the ARIA Hotel in Las Vegas.
Hannah also enjoys being immersed in the concert dance world. She has trained with Entity Contemporary Dance, Peridance Contemporary Company, Hubbard Street, Dana Foglia and many notable others. She is a former member of the professional dance companies, “CORE Contemporary Dance”, Cat Cogliandro’s “CATASTROPHE!” and the all female contemporary company “Mash Up”.
Within Reach Dance Intensive is a program Hannah created in 2021. Through her passion for the education and training of young dancers she decided to curate an environment for class and conversation with industry professionals. She believes that young dancers deserve to feel informed and excited about what the dance world has to offer.
